Every parent in the school can be a part of the Parent-Teacher Association. We all have similar hopes and dreams for our children. We want them to cultivate a love of learning, a love for each other and a belief that they can make a positive difference in our world. Our example of volunteering, of supporting our school in whatever way we can, with whatever time we have, and with our own unique talents, helps demonstrate how to make that difference. We teach our children of the many graces one receives when dedicated to service.
Friendship is the greatest gift of the St. Joseph School PTA. When we work together towards a bright future for our children, we collaborate in a powerful and meaningful way. The best part of St. Joseph’s School is the families that attend it. And for so many, St. Joseph School becomes like a second family.
“For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst.”
We are faith in action. We have a common goal: to live out the faith that we teach our children. At St. Joseph’s School, faith starts in the classroom but it extends to everything that we do. We know that we are blessed for the opportunities that exist here at St. Joseph’s School. Our work advances those opportunities and our children, in turn, will bless the world with all that they reap from their experiences here at St. Joseph School.
WHAT WE DO.
During the school year, we organize and run many fundraisers and many "fun-raisers" for the enjoyment of our children, school families and the larger community. Please see the full list of activities and events on the PTA Events Page. The money we raise goes directly to capital improvement for the school, educational opportunities, and, most importantly, off-setting tuition costs so that they remain at an affordable rate.
